About The Event

Join Mint ‘N More’s Local Food and Ag Manager, Sosia Duffy in conjunction with Iowa State Extension’s Andre Salazar’s video presentation to learn about produce safety best practices.  Great for commercial growers as well as home gardeners wanting to ensure safe produce practices upon harvest.  In addition to learning about produce safety best practices, key parts of the FSMA Produce Safety Rule requirements are outlined within each module. There will be time for questions and discussion, so participants should come prepared to share their experiences and questions.
