About The Event

Food is Medicine is one of the most requested topics from our surveys so we are excited to bring Tracy Bettis, RN, BSN, MPH, for an evening of learning and discussion. Tracy is a seasoned Population Health Leader, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer with more than 20 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical nursing and public health. Combining her medical background with a Master of Public Health, Tracy specializes in "Lifestyle as Medicine"—the science of using daily habits, physical activity, and whole-food nutrition to prevent chronic disease and lower inflammation.

As a passionate advocate for proactive wellness, she bridges the gap between clinical science and practical, everyday living. Tracy is thrilled to connect with a community that already understands the power of growing real food, and she looks forward to sharing how harvesting the right nutrients can become your absolute best tool for sustainable, long-term health.
