About The Event
The Pop-Up Farmers Market at a Knoxville Homestead Senior Living Facility is a community-centered event that brings the freshness and excitement of a traditional farmers market directly to older adults in a convenient and accessible setting. The event is designed to increase access to fresh, locally grown foods while fostering meaningful social connections between residents, families, staff, and local farmers.
Our staff will assist residents with ordering on Thursday August 26. We will deliver fresh produce from the farmers on Wednesday September 2. Payment can be made by cash or credit card at delivery. Family members of residents are welcome to join!
